Student Honor & Academic Recognition Program

C R I T E R I A

Lakewood High School ASB is proud to sponsor S.H.A.R.P. The S.H.A.R.P. Card entitles students to school and community discounts, T-shirts, assemblies, and other recognition programs.

GOLD : 4.0 GPA* OR full 1.0 gpa increase over previous semester.

RED : 3.00-3.99 GPA* OR .05 gpa increase over previous semester.

WHITE : 2.50 - 2.99 GPA* *unweighted

To be eligible for S.H.A.R.P you must have:

1) no N’s or U’s

2) no suspensions

 3) no more than eight (8) absences in any class (no exceptions)

 4) have at least a 2.5 GPA 5) attended Lakewood High School last semester

6) carried a minimum of 25 credits–5 classes

7) Turn in this application to the Activities Center by the deadline indicated.

Ninth Graders are not eligible FALL semester.
