Athletic Clearance Dates

At the guidance of the high school athletic office, all athlete's must be cleared by their respective due dates. Too many of our athlete's are not getting cleared on time and we have established cutoff dates for each season. Once the dates have expired we will no longer clear athletes after the date.

ON CAMPUS PHYSICALS

  • WHO: Any LHS student wanting to participate in sports
  • WHEN: Thursday 7/18/24 @ Lakewood High School Cafeteria
  • WHEN: Thursday 9/12/24 @ Lakewood High School Cafeteria
  • TIME: 2-4pm (any athlete already in line at 4:00 will be seen by the medical team)
  • COST: $20 Cash ONLY
  • WHAT TO BRING: Cash for the physical and the completed paperwork. All athletes are required to register online via www.athleticclearance.com
  • WHY: All athletes must have a physical performed by an MD or a DO in order to participate in any athletic sport. The physical date must carry the athlete through the entire sport season. This clinic is being offered so athletes do not have to wait to go to their regular doctor to have the physical done.
